- These beautiful fish are an iridescent blue-green above with a silvery-white underbelly.
- Handline caught in Cornish waters, landed and frozen here in record time.
- Use to catch a wide variety of fish from flatties and whiting to conger and tope.
- You can use strips of mackerel in varying sizes for dabs, whiting and dogfish.
- They are great as a tip bait! Try longer strips for smaller ray, fillets for bass, head and guts for big bass, conger, huss ray and ling.
- Or why not use a flapper which is the whole mackerel with the backbone cutout, but the fillets left attached to the head. This is especially superb for Tope!
